Sticky or Introduction to Blog

Transformation happens in an instant, life as you know it completely alters.  That moment for me was 20 years ago.  I was holding my stillborn baby in my arms.  I had just given birth to my full term baby boy and was holding him in my arms.  Tears were streaming down my face.  I looked at his beautiful body and realized his body was here, but he wasn’t.  I realized we are not these bodies.  You can conceptually understand that we are not our bodies, but I got it on an entirely different level of ‘knowing.’  The fact that there was a whole lot more going on in this life than the one I had been living, hit me like a ton of bricks.  This sent me on an intense spiritual quest to figure out what this life is all about, who I truly am and what is the meaning of life.  This quest took me on a journey of discovery into a world beyond my wildest dreams, shifting my perception and expanding my consciousness.

Come with me on this amazing journey, as we transcend our thinking through these conversations, distinctions and interviews.  A journey of enlightening interviews with Spiritual Leaders, Great Minds, Holistic Practitioners, Conscious Entrepreneurs and Scientists, along with contemplative distinctions of inner reflections.  We would like to invite you to join us on this quest, as we thread the common denominator of Daily Spiritual Practices, transformational distinctions, successful principles, ancient teachings, holistic healing and inspirational stories about truth, wisdom and Divinity!

May living your truth set you free!  Love, e
